Our patent-pending OneChoice® treatment recommendation provides the optimal drug regimen, dosage, duration of therapy, and route of administration based on source, common pathogens, and resistant genes detected.
The Infection Complexity ArkScore™ gives providers an overall view of the challenges presented by the organisms and resistance genes detected in finding an optimal treatment regimen. More complex infections have fewer treatment options.
The Antimicrobial Resistant ArkScore™ measures the level of resistance detected. The lower the score, the less resistant the patient will be to antibiotic therapy.
Clinically applicable drug details are included as well as the Adverse Reaction ArkScore™ which ranks antibiotics based on many factors including associated risks and current FDA warnings. The lower the score, the safer the drug.
PathFinder™ identifies which organisms are likely pathogens and commonly associated with infection, as well as which resistant genes are relevant to ensure effective precision guided OneChoice recommendations.
Infection Control Measures provide facilities with guidelines needed to prevent the spread of disease and control potential outbreaks.
Each report contains a unique QR code which allows providers to access OneChoice Plus, an interactive version of the report which includes additional information, further explanation and links to references.
