How do I sign in?
Use Sign In with Doximity at app.arkstone.ai. Doximity verifies that you are a licensed clinician, so there is no new password.
My lab sends me OneChoice reports. How do I see them in the portal?
Claim your free account from the code on your printed report or from Your OneChoice reports. Reports from your lab appear automatically.
Can I upload a report before signing in?
No. You sign in with Doximity and sign a business associate agreement (BAA) first, so patient data is only shared once the BAA is in place.
Why do I need to sign a BAA?
A business associate agreement (BAA) lets us handle patient data on your behalf. Full reports start after it is in place.
Who makes the treatment decision?
You do. Arkstone reports are clinical decision support and do not replace the judgment of a licensed clinician.
What is ARKIE?
ARKIE is a clinically governed AI assistant that works on your OneChoice report. You can ask it about a result or a report in plain language. It does not write or approve OneChoice reports. Status: coming soon.
